We offer personal training one-on-one or in a small group setting.

Personal Training includes

  • Baseline fitness assessment

  • Exercise Prescription

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • InBody Scan (body composition: body fat% and muscle mass)

Personal training can be done with Elizabeth, Tyler, or by request Caitlyn.
